Work

Six recent projects for shops, restaurants and hotels. Each one covers the problem, what I built and what changed.

Neighborhood grocery2026Design, build, admin

Mini Market

An online grocery for a neighborhood market, with weekly offers, a shopping bag and same-evening delivery orders sent over WhatsApp.

  • 22 products in 7 aisles
  • Delivery or pickup checkout
  • Stock and offers managed in the admin
The problem
Orders came in by phone and voice notes, so items were missed and nobody knew what was in stock.
What I built
A storefront organized by aisle, with weekly offers, a bag that remembers the order and a checkout that sends one clear WhatsApp message.
What changed
The owner updates prices and stock from her phone, and every order arrives complete with an area and a time window.

Electronics showroom2026Design, build, admin

Tech Store

An electronics showroom that sells online, with side-by-side product comparison, clear specifications and a pickup or delivery checkout.

  • Side-by-side comparison
  • Specification tables
  • Pickup or delivery checkout
The problem
Customers compared devices across three other websites before visiting, and often bought elsewhere.
What I built
Product pages with plain-language specifications and a comparison tray that puts up to three devices side by side.
What changed
Shoppers decide on the site, reserve the device and collect it the same day from the showroom.

Boutique hotel2025Design and build

Cliffside Hotel

A boutique hotel site built around direct bookings, with room pages, a photo gallery and an availability request that reaches the front desk.

  • Room and facility pages
  • Availability request form
  • Bookings list in the admin
The problem
Most bookings came through agencies that kept a large share of every night sold.
What I built
A calm, photo-led site with a page for every room and an availability request that goes straight to the front desk.
What changed
Guests can ask about a stay directly, and the team answers from one booking list instead of four inboxes.

Restaurant2025Design, build, admin

Beirut Bistro

A restaurant site where guests read the menu, order for pickup and reserve a table, and the kitchen manages it all from one screen.

  • Editable menu with dietary tags
  • Pickup ordering
  • Reservations in the admin
The problem
The menu lived in a PDF, and table requests arrived through four different apps.
What I built
A menu the kitchen edits itself, pickup ordering and one reservation form, all feeding the same dashboard.
What changed
The floor manager opens one screen before service and sees every order and table for the evening.

Family bakery2024Design and build

Corner Bakery

A warm one-page site for a family bakery, with the menu, the story and a contact form the owner can edit herself.

  • One-page layout
  • Editable menu and gallery
  • Contact form with inbox
The problem
The bakery had loyal customers and no place online to show what comes out of the oven each morning.
What I built
One warm page with the menu, the family story, a gallery and a contact form, all editable by the owner.
What changed
New customers find the bakery, see the day's specialities and send cake orders through the site.

Shared product2026Product design and build

Shop Admin

One admin panel shared by every site above: products, orders, messages and settings, designed so staff need no training.

  • Dashboard with live counts
  • Catalog with photos and stock
  • Works on a phone
The problem
Every client site had a different back office, which meant training staff again for each one.
What I built
One admin panel that adapts to each business: catalog, orders or bookings, messages and settings, with the same layout everywhere.
What changed
A new shop gets a working back office on day one, and staff learn it in a single short session.
